Causing Creativity
Over the last week, I began a fascinating new program, in Berlin, at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. The program aims to teach specific types of leadership skills to enable creativity and leadership.
Its tough enough to be creative. Tougher again to figure out how to lead others to enable them to be creative. How can you cause others to be creative? I will update from time to time on progress.
