We are flexible in how we can work together, but here are some ways we have found to be quite effective for us and our clients.

Jumpstart (less than 1 day) – These usually take the form of a presentation and Q&A session. These usually last 1-4 hours. This is ideal to get an introduction to how we think about Mass Collaboration, Crowdsourcing & Co-Creation and how it might apply to your organization. To get an idea of the content, these are some recent presentations we have done for The New School, NYU ITP and The Wharton School.

Project Review (as little as 7 days) – In some cases, product development projects are in some form of completion and organizations are looking for feedback on how best to proceed. We can do reviews in as little as a week from briefing to delivering feedback and its often a useful way to help figure out if it makes sense for us to work together.

Product Development (100 Days) – In many cases people come to us to develop new products or services. We like to work on 100 day projects, using the time to get you something you can use like choosing tools and setting up and organization to invite your customers and partners into the new product development process. It is also a useful amount of time to see how we work together.

Product Launch (100 Days) – You may already have a product ready to go and so we work with you to organize to gather and understand feedback and respond to negative or positive reactions. The 100 days gives us a chance to understand any major issues with the product or service and to see how we work together.
